Author Fee
Journal of Society and Scientific Studies is committed to providing a high-quality open access platform that supports the broad and sustainable dissemination of scientific knowledge. To support the journal’s operations and management, the following fee policy for authors applies:
✅ Authors are not charged any fees at the submission stage. The initial review process is free of charge.
✅ Once an article is accepted for publication, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 200,000.
This fee is used to support:

Management of the peer review and editorial process,

Maintenance of the digital publishing system (OJS),

Archiving and management of article metadata,

Design and final formatting of publications.
Fee Waiver Policy
The journal offers fee waivers or reductions for:

Authors from developing countries with limited funding,

Student researchers or independent authors without institutional affiliations.
Requests for fee waivers must be submitted via an official letter to the journal’s editorial office before the review process begins.
Transparency and Ethics
We guarantee that the editorial, review, and publication processes are conducted fairly and objectively, and that payment or non-payment does not influence manuscript acceptance decisions.
