Ethical Responsibilities of Authors

Proper credit must be given to all individuals or institutions that have made significant contributions to the research and manuscript preparation. -
Accuracy and Clarity
The information presented in the manuscript must be accurate, non-misleading, and accompanied by clear, responsible explanations of the methodology. -
Willingness to Revise
Authors must be open to the editorial process and willing to revise their manuscripts in accordance with editors' feedback and the journal’s submission guidelines.

Editorial decisions must be based solely on the scientific merit of the manuscript, regardless of the authors’ personal or institutional backgrounds. -
Confidentiality
Editors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of manuscript content during the review process and must not disclose information to unauthorized parties. -
Process Transparency
Editors must provide clear guidance to authors, offer constructive feedback, and communicate the reasons behind acceptance or rejection of a manuscript in a professional manner. -
Integrity of Position
Editors must not misuse their editorial role for personal or institutional gain.

Reviewers must offer objective, honest, and constructive evaluations without any conflict of interest that may influence their judgment. -
Manuscript Confidentiality
All information obtained during the peer review process must be kept confidential and must not be used for personal advantage. -
Reporting Ethical Concerns
If reviewers identify any indications of plagiarism, data manipulation, or other ethical violations, they are obliged to report such concerns to the editor.
Handling Ethical Violations
Journal of Society and Scientific Studies encourages anyone who becomes aware of potential breaches of publication ethics to report them to the editorial board. All reports will be taken seriously and handled in accordance with international standards of publication ethics.
